Provided with powerful technical force, complete and adequate processing equipment, superior detecting means and advanced manufacturing technology, the plant now has 18 engineering and technical managerial persons, among whom 10 have intermediate technical titles and 2 have senior technical itles;20 various welders(for electric-arc welding, argon arc welding, submerged-arc welding and automatic welding);3 certificate-holder nondestructive detectors(for RT I, RT II, MT II and PT II);and has set up a normally operating quality assurance system contingent for quality assurance, technical processes, welding, quality inspection, materials, physico-chemical examination, flaw detecting, equipment and so forth with engineers(responsible persons) in charge of each of their sections and lines. The steel pressure vessel equipment is manufactured in conformity to standards 《GB150-89》、《GB151-89》, while the titanium material equipment is manufactured in conformity to standards 《JB/T4745-2002》, and the proficient operating skills as well as the perfect processing equipment and detecting means ensure the quality reliability of all the products dispatched from the plant.
